We are encouraging all shareholders, no matter how many shares you hold to vote. Please find below some instructions to help you with the process.

IF YOU ARE A SHAREHOLDER AND ALSO A CURRENT BATH CITY SUPPORTERS SOCIETY MEMBER, YOU HAVE TWO VOTES AND SO SHOULD FILL IN AND RETURN THE SHAREHOLDER FORMS AND ALSO VOTE IN THE SUPPORTERS’ SOCIETY ONLINE ELECTION

For individual shareholders in Bath City Football Club

You will have received a Shareholders Pack in the post if you are an individual shareholder. Note, if your share certificate says Community Share, you are NOT an individual Shareholder.

 There are two forms that need to be returned, along with your share certificate(s).

1. Form of Acceptance

• On page 3 sign under ‘Execution by individuals’ in Box 1
• This should be done in the presence of a witness who also needs add their name IN BLOCK CAPITALS and sign in Box 1. The witness can be anyone over the age of 18 and who isn’t a joint shareholder with you.
• Fill in Box 2 (with your name and address IN BLOCK CAPITALS)
• The whole form should be returned, and your share certificate(s) must be included with it. If you cannot find your certificate(s), then download this Indemnity for Lost Certificate Form (or pop into the club for one). Fill in the number of shares you hold in the first paragraph and then sign and date. Your signature should be witnessed by an adult aged over 18.

2. Written Resolution (This amends the Articles of Association to reflect the change in ownership and the Community Share)

• Sign, add your name and the date.

Return both the forms, together with your share certificates/Indemnity for Lost Certificate form to the club, by hand or by post to arrive no later than 5pm on 31^st August. 

For Bath City Supporters Society Members

You will have received emails from the Supporters Society if you are eligible to vote in the Supporters’ Society vote 

• The vote will be online. You will be emailed a link to vote on a motion approving the deal ahead.
• The vote will open at 09.00 on Tuesday 18^th August and will close on Friday 21^st August at 17.00.
• There will be a Special General Meeting held online on Friday 21^st August at 19.00 to announce the result.
• If you hold a Community Share certificate, you do not have to do anything with your this as the Supporters Society Chair will complete the relevant paperwork should the motion be approved.
