City’s second match at Cannon Clarke Stadium @ Twerton Park of the week takes place on Saturday when they face Hanworth Villa.

  • City’s first three matches of a season have all been against sides they’ve not faced before in the league. The last time this occurred was 2007 (Bromley, Eastleigh, Hampton & Richmond Borough).
  • A few of Hanworth’s team have faced the Romans before in National League South, including Josh Casey, George Wells and Gio McGregor. McGregor netted at Twerton in a 4-1 win for Dulwich Hamlet behind closed doors in November 2020.
  • This will be City’s first match on 15 August since 2023, when Scott Bartlett’s Weston-super-Mare won 6-2 at Twerton. James Morton and Reuben Reid were in the squad for the Seagulls that night.
