The final game of the 2017/18 season is upon us at Twerton Park! We take on St Albans City Football Club in the Vanarama National League South. Kick Off – 3PM!
The Romans may have just missed out on a play-off place this season but they’ll be keen to end the season on a high and put on a good performance for the Twerton faithful!
What’s on at Twerton Park?
– There will be two guest ales on in Charlie’s Bar for the visit of St Albans City. We’ll have Hunters’ Pheasant Plucker and Exmoor’s Wicked Wolf alongside others! You can also pre-order your half time pints before the game.
– Be sure to head into Charlie’s Bar after the game as the End of Season Presentations will be getting underway at around 5:30PM! You’ll also be watch and vote for this season’s goal of the season and have the chance at winning some great prizes. We’ll be auctioning the three one-of-a-kind away shirts that narrowly lost out to the blue option earlier in the season, a signed Frankie Artus Community Day poster AND you can be in with a chance to feature alongside celebrity guests in the Question of Sport style quiz at the Bath Festival Football Extravaganza.
– We look forward to welcoming Weston All Saints Primary, St Mary’s Catholic Primary, St Martin’s Garden Primary, Twerton Infants and Percy Community Centre and The Mayor of Bath, Councillor Ian Gilchrist to Twerton Park.
– The club are also very proud to be participating in the Amnesty International UK – Football Welcomes initiative to celebrate the contribution refugee players make to the beautiful game. The initiative also highlights the role clubs can play in welcoming refugees and asylum seekers and promoting integration.
