Player News – Callum Wood makes Twerton Park return

We are delighted to announce the signing of 23-year old defender, Callum Wood, who joins us from Weston-Super-Mare FC. Callum came through the U18 and U23 squads at Bristol City, spending over six months on loan with us in 2021/22. He joined Weston initially on loan in 2024/25 and joined on a permanent deal in July 2025.

Scott’s view of Callum’s signing: “He is a very good defender and we are lucky to have him. He’s a great age for us and the best is yet to come. He uses the ball well and is a brilliant addition to our squad.”

We welcome Callum back to Twerton Park and look forward to seeing him in action.
