Charlie Binns’ Maidstone red card overturned on appeal

Following an appeal to the FA in respect of Charlie Binns’ sending off at Maidstone United last Saturday, we can confirm that a Regulatory Commission meeting today have ruled that this was an instance of Wrongful Dismissal.

Accordingly, our claim has been successful and Charlie’s punishment of a one match suspension is withdrawn.
