Ben joined City in July 2023 from Gloucester City. The tall centre-back came up through the youth ranks with Swansea City before joining Bristol Rovers in July 2017. He spent three seasons with the Pirates, playing regularly for their development side. He had a short spell on loan with Brackley Town during the 2018/19 season before being released in July 2020. He joined Gloucester City and helped the Tigers top the National League North table before the season was declared null and void. In April 2021 he moved onto Weymouth for a small undisclosed fee. After one season in Dorset he re-joined Gloucester City, captaining the side to the 2022/23 play-offs.
Ben joined Havant & Waterlooville on loan in November 2023.
