TRIVIA
- Maidenhead have won the last three meetings between the clubs. Prior to that they had won just one of the previous 17 clashes – an FA Trophy tie in 2009.
- Alan Devonshire was in charge of those three plus a 2-1 defeat at Twerton Park in August 2015. He’s still in the dugout for Tuesday’s visitors.
- Dave Tarpey scored a hat-trick for United in their last visit to Twerton, a 5-1 win. No visiting player has repeated the feat since.
FORM
- Bath City have picked up two wins, two draws and two defeats this season. Saturday’s loss to Dorking ended a three-match unbeaten run.
- Maidenhead United’s return to Step 2 started slowly with two points from their first four, but they head to Somerset on the back of two 2-1 wins against Horsham and Dover Athletic.
