It’s an important time for TR Hayes the furniture store just now as our big Winter Sale starts on 27th December. This is always a crucial ‘fixture’ (apologies!) and after last year’s new year lockdown we are gearing up for a really big event this year. There are special promotions on many big-name brands and great savings throughout the store.
To be honest, furniture and football aren’t the first things you would put together, but TR Hayes have supported the Bath City Football Club for quite a few years now, and if you look back, both Bath City and TR Hayes share a long history in the city. Grudgingly we have to admit the football club has a few more years on TR Hayes – Hayes first appeared in Bath in 1915 when the football club had already been around for over 25 years, but they have both grown and prospered over the decades since. Both institutions are proud to own their little part of Bath and they have also both played a big part in the local community, supporting many local charities.
Christmas and New Year are a busy time for football teams, and we wish Bath City every success with their up coming matches (fingers crossed the weather is kind too). With our busy time also approaching, we hope you will be able to make it over to TR Hayes as well. Don’t be deceived by the modest exterior; inside you will find the largest furniture showroom in the region, packed with furniture displays, with an extensive bed department and many leading brands on display such as Stressless, Parker Knoll, Ercol, Vispring, Tempur and more. If you need new flooring, curtains or blinds there are also well-respected carpet and curtain departments. Pop over the road to the Contemporary Showroom and there you will find some stunning collections to browse through.
