Clarke double returns Women to winning ways while Devs hit 11

A first half double from Adella Clarke this afternoon against Wells City Ladies was enough to see Bath City Women end a run of back-to-back defeats without scoring. The hosts grabbed a 90th minute consolation goal but couldn’t deny City the three points.

And the Development side ran riot at home against Weston Mendip Ladies winning 11-0 in the League Cup 1st Round. Hari Sabic struck four goals – taking her tally to 11 goals already for the season – with a Esme Fensome double plus goals from Tanea Wright, Liv Nortfalt, Georgis Dawson and Oliwia Kozlowska, plus an own goal.
