Match Preview – Hornchurch (H) – Enterprise National League South

It is our Family Fun Day at Cannon Clarke Stadium @ Twerton Park tomorrow when we entertain title-chasing Hornchurch. So, head down for activities for all ages, while also raising funds for local charity (and our neighbour!) Bath City Farm, and see if the Romans can down the high-flying Urchins.

PREVIOUS MEETINGS

City’s only success v Hornchurch was the first meeting between the two. Chris Allen, Joe Burnell’s first for the club and Sean Canham helped the Romans to a 3-1 at home, Lee Howells’ first home league victory. The Urchins have won three of the four since, with a forgettable 0-0 at Hornchurch in October 2024 a stark contrast to October’s five-goal thriller, which saw two penalties awarded in added time.

Overall record v AFC Hornchurch/Hornchurch:
Pld 5 W1 D1 L3 F6 A8

This season:
Away L2-3 (Ash 23, Jenkins Davies 90+1)

TRIVIA
