Match Preview – Torquay United (H) – Enterprise National League South

City’s final game of 2025 takes place tomorrow evening with promotion chasing Torquay United the visitors to Cannon Clarke Stadium @ Twerton Park.

PREVIOUS MEETINGS

Last season saw Torquay United claim their first National League South double over Bath City. Cody Cooke, who netted 56 in 131 appearances for the Stripes before departing for the Gulls, scored two of Torquay’s three against his former club last term. The overall record demonstrates how the Devonians the upper hand in these meetings, albeit half the contests took place between the first and second world wars. City fans will remember fondly the 3-2 success in January 2019 in front of their highest home crowd in this division, plus a 1-0 victory in April 2024 which all-but confirmed a play-off spot.
