Goalkeeper Charlie joined City in October 2025 on non-contract terms to provide cover for Harvey Wiles-Richards having left Ipswich Town in the summer.. The former Millfield School pupil joined Ipswich in May 2023 on a two-year professional deal. He spent loan spells with Felixstowe & Walton United and Bishop’s Stortford.
