Match Preview – Chesham United (A) – Enterprise National League South

City will look to bounce back from the heavy midweek defeat against Maidenhead United when they face Chesham United at The Meadow on Saturday.

PREVIOUS MEETINGS

Saturday sees City make their fifth visit to The Meadow. They’re unbeaten against Chesham in the league with the only defeat against the Generals in the FA Trophy in 2012, when the lower leaguers produced an upset with a deserved 2-1 win. Kerry Morgan scored City’s consolation on a wet day in Buckinghamshire. The Romans’ first visit was a 1-1 draw in February 2005 in the Southern League. Jimmy Benefield’s strike cancelled out John Lawford’s opener for the hosts.
