Bath City Women
We have two senior teams and this season have started an Under 18s team so strengthen the pathway for talented girls into senior football. Our first team play in the South West Regional Women’s Football League Division 1 and our Development team play in the Somerset County Women’s League Division 1.
We aim for parity with men’s team as far as we can. This means
- The first team play home games at the Cannon Clarke Stadium @ Twerton Park and the Development Team and Under 18s play there at least once during the season. This means that all our players experience playing in a proper football stadium, complete with the same match day sport presentation as the Bath City men have, including player announcements and programme.
- We have highly qualified coaches, including for our first team Strength and Conditioning and physio support at all matches.
- Our first team players have stats vests to support their performance and we have VEO cameras so that players and coaches can review their performances.
- We have active social media accounts across all platforms and produce video highlights for all home games
- We have a mascot programme to encourage young girls – if your team would like to be mascots, please email us on the address below.

New for 2026 – Bath City Women Walking Football
If you’ve never played or hung up your boots a while ago and would like to try football at a slower pace (but still competitive!) then we’d love to hear from you.
We’ve started a Women’s Walking Football team who have played some friendly tournaments and now have been accepted into the Somerset Women’s Walking Football League.
They train once a week and have a lot of fun so if you’re over 35 and interested in meeting some new people, getting active and being part of a Bath City Women team email us on bathcitywomen@bathcityfootballclub.co.uk
