Pride in Place programme

At Bath City FC we wanted to share some really positive news for our local area and invite you to be part of it.

The Pride in Place programme is bringing up to £20 million of investment into Twerton and Whiteway over the next ten years. This programme is being shaped by the community, and is long-term investment that will only work if local people get involved in shaping it. This funding is designed so that the people who live here help steer where it goes and what it does.

The Council are hosting a launch event on Friday 27th February to help residents learn more about Pride in Place. This is a great chance to:

• Meet the people shaping the programme
• Share ideas about how community spaces can support positive change.
• Find out how the process will work and how you can help shape it

As a community-owned football club rooted within this close-knit community, we believe this is a real chance for supporters to have a say in the future of the place we call home, and to think about how the club can play a positive role as a local community asset.
