Midfielder Will signed for City in June 2025. He joined the Plymouth Argyle academy at under-9 level and worked his way through the youth ranks before signing a first professional contract in October 2021. In July 2023 he joined his hometown club Torquay United on a season long loan. Although injury disrupted that season he returned to Plainmoor the following season, going on to play nearly 70 games for the Gulls, scoring 13 times. He was released by the Pilgrims following the 2024/25 season and City moved quickly to secure his services. Will has also represented Wales at U16, U17 and U18 level.
