On the Day | Everything You Need to Know for City vs Southend Utd – Isuzu FA Trophy

Saturday is set to be a busy cup matchday at Cannon Clarke Stadium @ Twerton Park, so please take a moment to read the key information below to help everything run smoothly and to make the most of your visit.


Match segregation

This fixture is segregated, so please ensure you enter the ground via the correct turnstiles and go to the appropriate end of the stadium.

Any supporters from either club who attempt to, or gain access to, the opposition end will be removed without refund.

Please also note that no alcohol will be on sale inside the ground.


Charlie’s Bar and pre-match build-up

Charlie’s Bar will be open from 12pm, both pre-match and post-match.

We’ll be showing FA Cup football on the big screen, making it the ideal place to arrive early, meet friends, and enjoy the build-up before heading into the stadium. Home and away supporters are welcome in the bar before the match.


Turnstiles and entry information

Turnstiles open at 1:30pm. Please arrive early to ease congestion. If you have a printed version of your ticket please bring this to help speed up entry at the turnstiles.

– Home supporters

  • Turnstiles 5, 6, 7 & 8 – Pre-paid tickets
  • Turnstiles 7 & 8 – Cash payments
  • Turnstiles 9, 10 & 11 – Card payments

– Away supporters

  • Turnstiles 17 & 18 – Pre-paid tickets only

If you need to buy a ticket on the day and are unable to access Fanbase, please go to the ticket office.

Important

  • All under-12s must be accompanied by an adult when entering the ground.

Flag waving

Children aged 6–12 will have the chance to take part in flag waving ahead of kick-off.

This will be first come, first served, with children asked to head to the yellow gate by the home dugout from 2.40pm.

Catering and refreshments

Home supporters

  • Mo-B-Que and the Popular Side Tea Bar selling hot food and drinks
  • Stripes selling soft drinks only

Away supporters

  • Basils selling hot food and drinks
  • Romans selling soft drinks, snacks and soup
  • Access provided to an outside catering van before and during the match

Hot food will also be available outside the ground before kick-off.

Seating information for away supporters

Away supporters will be allocated the Family Stand, which has approximately 220 seats. Seating is unreserved and available on a first come, first served basis, so anyone keen to secure a seat should arrive early.

  • Adult – £15
  • Senior (65+) – £12
  • Student / U21 – £8
  • Child U16 – £4
  • Child U12 – £2

A 10% discount is available for tickets purchased online up to 11:45pm on 09/01/26.


Parking

There is no parking available at the ground.

The Curo overspill car park will be open for this fixture. Please note that the gates are locked shortly after the match, so allow plenty of time for parking and please park considerately if using surrounding streets.

Club shop

The club shop will be open before the game, at half-time, and after the match.

The official matchday programme, priced at £3, will be available:

  • At the turnstiles for card payments

Plan ahead, arrive early

With a strong crowd expected and plenty happening around the stadium, arriving in good time is strongly recommended. It gives you the chance to enjoy the pre-match build-up, grab food, and be settled well before kick-off.
