Welsh winger Jack began his career as a youth player with Portsmouth before signing for West Bromwich Albion at the age of 17 in 2006. He had loan spells with Weymouth and Lewes – both sides in the Conference National League at the time – plus a short time with Brighton & Hove Albion at the start of the 2008-09 season. It was with Weston Super Mare that he began to fulfill his early promise and this earned him a move to Scottish Premier Division side Falkirk in January 2010. After 18 months with Falkirk he spent the 2011-12 season out on loan, first with Bradford City then St Johnstone, before joining Portsmouth in August 2012. He moved on to Colchester United six months later then Hartlepool United in June 2013. The 28-year old made over 50 appearances for the North East club then spent the 2015-16 with Yeovil Town. Last season he joined Newport County but spent the latter half of the campaign on loan with Merthyr Town. He was released in May 2017 and signed for City in August 2017.
