This was crying out for a competition to be made for it. And for my thinking it is a relativly simple one. All you have to do is predict the final standing in each group. And in the likely event of a tie on points the tiebreaker will be who they think will be the best runner-up (who qualifies for the finals) and that will be determined first by whether they were the best runner-up then if they made the play-offs/qualified.
