Saw Darren Perrin there.According to WSM casual if I heard him correctly Perrin had a good view of the incident and thought Hoggy was hard done by.

bet pridham misses being at a proper club, i like the bloke, always says hello and kept us up on the lowest budget we ever had, was also a director and looking at his car has plenty of wedge, shame he aint on the board still, must be worth a few bob.

Didn't see Alan, although I bumped into him at the away match, so maybe he has some affiliation with Weston. I can confirm though, that I had the pleasure of serving Sir Martin Paul at the pop side tea bar. A true fan. Just shows what a great team spirit we had (and still have) at the club when ex players still turn up to watch us from the terraces and support our fund raising activities.

AP is a good bloke and was still prepared to help the club after his ( to my mind, unfair) sacking.I'd welcome him back anytime.

I actually thought Pridham had to go after that Thame defeat. I backed him a lot beforehand but that was one of the most pathetic performances I've ever witnessed from us, and AP seemed to just stand motionless all game. We were also going through a crazy amount of players meaning that the squad didn't settle, in the end we paid the price. Just.
He also signed Jim Rollo and Matt Coupe who have been hugely important players for us. I think I remember him telling me that he played a big part in Lewis Hogg signing for the club, ironically from Weston, though I might have got my wires crossed.

I missed the Thame defeat, so can't comment on that, but, the squad was constantly changing as he tried to improve it from a standing start. He also signed Owers, and, correct me if I'm wrong, didn't he sign Badman first time round?

i've every respect for what pridham did in firstly keeping us up then consolidating the next season but after a decent start to the 2003-04 season we were increasingly a shambles and i think he should have gone a few weeks before the thame defeat - after the 0-7 at worcester?
we only needed to finish in the top 13 to make the conference south and but for that dreadful september/october probably would have

In fairness he was still recuperating from a major injury. We played him back to match fitness then handed the benefit to Chippnumb.
