A left-sided midfielder Dave signed on non-contract terms for City just before Christmas 1990 from Altrincham. The 19-year old
was due to make his debut against Sutton United but was stranded by heavy snow just before the game. Finally began his City
career at home to Telford United only to be substituted after 82 minutes and was released shortly afterwards. Returned to
Altrincham and last season was playing for Rossendale United.

victory over Fisher Athletic. Was released in November 2001 and has since gone on to play for Yate Town and Weston

With three goalkeepers sidelined with injury City drafted in Australian born Chris in September 2004 having
turned out for the Romans during the pre-season. Made a single appearance, the 4-3 defeat at home to Hednesford Town, before
moving on ahead of a return to Down Under. Had previously played for Forest Green Rovers.

Striker Simon was one of five former youth players offered first team contracts at the start of the 2003-04 season but he
choose to leave Twerton Park and initially joined rivals Chippenham Town. However a 35-day ban for a sending off during a City
reserve game the previous season saw him evetually end up at Western League Larkhall where his father was manager. Began the
2002-03 season in the Youth team where his performances soon saw him promoted to the reserves. Suffered a broken leg in
September 2002 but returned to action the following February and made his first team debut in the win over Grantham in April.

Jerry arrived at Twerton Park from Weston Super Mare in December 1990 having been on the books of Leyton Orient as a youngster.
He initially struggled to make an impact, making just 20 starts in his first 18 months with the club, but the 1992-93 season
saw him earn a first team place that he held for the next four years. Equally at home in midfield or at right-back he
joined Yeovil Town in July 1996 along with Rob Cousins. A year later the Bristol-born player was heading back into league
football when Birmingham City paid £30,000 for his services. Spent four and half years with the Blues before heading to
Northampton Town. Currently with Cheltenham Town who he joined in February 2004.

Defender Tony was one of a number of promising youngsters at Manchester United but his career was tragically cut short when
he suffered a badly broken leg in the late 1980's. He had made just 10 appearances for United and went onto coach Bristol
Rovers youth team. Briefly joined City in 1997 and was number two to Steve Millard before finances forced the club to release
him.

A moderately successful loan signing two-thirds of the way through the 2001/02 season from Bristol Rovers, centre-forward
Dave played five games and scored twice. Never a regular with the Pirates he was also loaned out to Forest Green Rovers the
following season before signing for Weston Super Mare in April 2003. Moved onto Chippenham Town during the 2004-05 season,
signing permanently after a loan spell.

Goalkeeper Ellis was signed from Forest Green Rovers as cover for injured regular shot-stopper Mark Bryant in March 2003 and
made three appearances for City. Prior to this brief stay he had been on loan with Cirencester Town having spent nearly two
years with Forest Green but only making a single first team appearance. Began his career with St Austell and St Blazey in his
native Cornwall and also played for Yeovil Town's youth team. During his time at Huish Park he had a trial with Manchester United.

Having played under George Rooney at Worcester City Peter was a target for City's manager for a while before he
finally signed from Alvechurch in November 1990. However injury and illness restricted the midfielder to just 15 games
that season and after a further four substitute appearances the following campaign he was allowed to join Bromsgorve Rovers on
loan. A deal he made permanent a month later.

One of City's most talented players in recent years midfielder Jamie was signed from Team Bath in November 2000. Impressed
in the reserves and was a regular first team player before the end of that season. A falling out with manager Alan Pridham
almost saw him leave the following season but when this was sorted he began to show the sort of form he was capable of and this
looked to continue into the 2002-03 campaign before a freak accident while celebrating a goal at Chippenham sidelined him
for 4 months. On his return he began to attract the attention of Yeovil Town and signed for them in August 2003. Failed to
make a real impact at Huish Park and ended the season on loan with Aldershot Town. After several failed trials during the
summer and brief spells back at Team Bath, Weymouth and Torquay United and Woking he is currently with Forest Green Rovers.

One of, at the last count, about 100 ex-City players recently with local rivals Chippenham Town, centre back Tom made 11
appearances as a 18-year old during the 1999-2000 season. Ex-manager Alan Pridham tried to lure him back to Twerton Park in
August 2003 with a £5K bid but he choose to remain at Hardenhuish Park. Spent two seasons with Team Bath after leaving City.
Moved on to Forest Green Rovers in July 2004 for an undisclosed sum. Joined Tiverton Town in August 2005.

Signed as a youngster from Bristol St George, striker Martyn made an imediate impact at City with two goals in his second
appearance. Failed to remain as prolific but missed just a handful of games during the 1986-87 season. Was in and out the
side during the next campaign and eventually joined Yeovil Town in March 1985 in a swap deal for Ricky Chandler. Spells
with Weymouth and Yate Town followed before he joined Tiverton Town in 1994. Spent ten years at Ladysmead, including six as
assistant manager, until taking the top post at Mangotsfield United in December 2003.
