for a number of Midlands sides including Stafford Rangers where he played against City. Was released by new manager Gary
Owers just before Christmas 2003 due to his inability to train twice a week because of a college course he was on in

Vastly experienced midfielder Darren made a single outing for City in January 2005. He had joined former teammate Gary Owers

Appearances: 162 (2) ¦ Goals: 20
Former England schoolboy international Ricky spent five years with Bristol City, scoring 13 goals in 58 games, before being
signed by City in March 1983. Initially failed to win over the City fans but a move from up front to the right wing turned
around his form and he was a regular for the next three seasons. A tribunal decided fee of £4000 took him to Yeovil Town in
July 1986 when he moved to Torquay for work reasons. Was back at Twerton Park 20 months later but failed to recapture
his previous success and switched to Gloucester City in October 1988.

This remained the case until the end of the 1991-2 season when a dislocated shoulder and the return of Dave Mogg saw him
head back to Cheltenham. Has since played for Trowbridge Town, Clevedon Town and Highworth having begun his career with

||DANNY CLEVERLEY ¦ Dec 2001 - Mar 2004 ¦ Appearances: 46 (36) ¦ Goals: 13|
Popular striker Danny burst onto the Twerton Park scene toward the end of the 2001-02 season by scoring the winning goal on
his debut against Welling United. He was signed from Bitton in December 2001 having been on the books of Bristol Rovers as
a trainee. Five goals in his first nine reserve team matches soon saw the 20-year old promoted to the first team. Went onto
make over 80 appearances, although nealy half were as substitute, scoring 13 goals including a stunning strike against Yeovil
Town in the FA Cup. Finding his first team chances increasingly limited he switched to Western League Paulton Rovers in March 2004.

during his first season at Twerton Park however further injury problems interupted the next campaign and he was released in
May 2001. Went on to join Clevedon Town.

Appearances: 163 (22) ¦ Goals: 63
Bath born cente-forward Graham joined City in the latter the stages of the 1996/97 season and scored 7 goals in just 13

before finally returning to City for the closing month of the season where he played in three of the final four matches.

Left-sided midfielder Jamie was a loan signing from Conference side Stevenage Borough during the second half of the 2003-04
season. Undoubtedly talented, his goal at Hinckley United was among City's best that season, although he only
really showed occasional glimpses of this ability. Initially looked to be heading back to Broadhall Way after one month but a late change
of mind saw him stay at Twerton Park for nearly three months. Joined Maidenhead United in August 2004 when he was released
by Borough. Moved onto Witney Town in September 2005.

||LUKE CORBETT ¦ Dec 2004 - Feb 2005 (loan) ¦ Appearances: 6 (2) ¦ Goals: 1|
One of a number of disappointing loan strikers that have briefly come and gone at Twerton Park in recent years. Luke arrived
having scored regularly while on loan at Weston Super Mare, Chelmsford City and Hednesford Town, and got off to a perfect
start with a 40-yard goal on his debut against Team Bath. This was a false dawn though as he struggled to make any impact in
sunsequent games and returned to Cheltenham after two months at City. Joined Mangotsfield United in August 2005.
From: Cheltenham Town ¦ To: Cheltenham Town ¦ Now: Mangotsfield Utd
||MITCH COUNSELL ¦ Aug 2003 - Jan 2004 ¦ Appearances: 14 (2) ¦ Goals: 1|

the season against Stafford Rangers. The 21-year old also played for Cirencester Academy and Bishops Cleeve before joining
Worcester. Was released in somewhat mysterious circumstances in January 2004. A hand injury, sustained in a fall on some ice,

named player of the year in 1995-96. Joined Yeovil Town in July 1996 as part of a joint deal with Jerry Gill and spent four
successful seasons with the Glovers, where he won three England non-league caps, before moving onto Forest Green Rovers in

||JIMMY COX ¦ Mar 2000 - May 2000 ¦ Appearances: 11 (2) ¦ Goals: 1|
Signed toward the end of the 1999-2000 season from Gloucester City pacy winger Jimmy never really showed the talents that
had seen him so highly rated at the Tigers. Returned to Meadow Park after his short spell with City where, apart from a season
with Weston Super Mare, he has remained until the summer of 2005. Rumours of an interest from City have surfaced from time to time and the 23-year
old has also turned down several offers from league clubs.
From: Gloucester City ¦ To: Gloucester City ¦ Now: Bishop Cleeve
||DAVID CRAIG ¦ Jul 1987 - Sep 1988 ¦ Appearances: 31 ¦ Goals: 2|
A 1987 close season signing from Clevedon Town centre-back David's debut was delayed until a week into the season whilst
the club obtained international clearance for a single game he played in Cyprus the previous year. Once available the former

suspension, was named captain and won player of the year. A dispute over travelling expenses preceeded the 1988-89 season and
after just three more outings he was transferred to Cheltenham Town for £1000.

||JAMIE CRANDON ¦ Jun 2001 - Mar 2002 ¦ Appearances: 2 (1) ¦ Goals: 0|
Midfielder Jamie followed new manager Alan Pridham from Paulton Rovers when he arrived in the 2001 close season. Played in the
first two games of the season but injury then restricted his availablity and he was transferred to Western League Weston St John's

by Plymouth at the end of that season and went on to play for St Blazey then Plymouth Parkway in the South Western League.
